Cambridge, MA - October 16, 2002 - Akamai Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: AKAM), the leading provider of edge computing solutions, delivering secure content and distributed applications across the Internet, intranets, and extranets, today announced that the company has extended its service agreement with Yahoo! Akamai's suite of services, including global content delivery, global traffic management, and global IP intelligence for tailored ad serving, enables Yahoo! to continue providing consumers with a compelling and consistent online experience.
